Lucy Vazquez-Gonzalez, SecretaryLucy Vazquez-Gonzalez is an attorney concentrating in family law. At the young age of 15, Lucy left the turmoil and negative environment of her childhood home and set out to create a safer life for herself. She knew that she’d experienced much more than most children her age, but recognized there must be others who were facing similar issues. “There’s got to be somebody out there who can help us,” she remembers thinking. At that point, Lucy made it her ultimate goal to someday be in a position where she could improve the lives of families and children.
Having experienced a particularly difficult childhood, Lucy Vazquez made it her goal to "be the voice for those who did not have a voice of their own". Lucy Vazquez-Gonzalez embodies all the attributes of a strong child and family law advocate. |

Today, as a family lawyer, Lucy now helps other parents and children seek justice and live improved lives, and seeks out creative solutions to unique problems. She focuses on all areas of law, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities/parenting time, child support, maintenance.
Lucy is a native Spanish speaker. She is a board member of the Puerto Rican Bar Association, a member of the Hispanic Lawyers Association and the DuPage Bar Association.
