Beatriz Santiago, Board MemberBeatriz Santiago is a circuit judge currently assigned to hear traffic and misdemeanor cases at the 3rd municipal district of the Circuit Court of Cook County. She is a graduate of John Marshall Law School and has been licensed to practice since November 1996. Prior to becoming a judge, she was an assistant public defender with Cook County. She also presides over the Restorative Justice Community Court in Avondale one of three such courts in Cook County.
She's a board member of the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Illinois and member of the Illinois Latino Judges Association, the Illinois Judges Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Hispanic Lawyer's Association of Illinois. |
