David Badillo​, Board Member

David has been involved with the PRBA since finishing law school and he has
previously served as a Board Member, Past-President 2012-14 and Chair of the PRBA
Judicial Evaluation Committee. David currently serves as an Administrative Law Judge
with the Illinois Commerce Commission.
